Billing & Cancellations
Can I cancel a service? Yes. Ongoing services can be canceled according to the notice period specified in your service agreement. Please note that fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable.
Are ad spend payments refundable? No. Budget allocated to third-party advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) is paid directly to those platforms and is strictly non-refundable.
Do you offer refunds? Refunds are considered for genuine cases, such as services not delivered as per the contract or duplicate billing. Each request is reviewed individually by our management.
